To mark World Sight Day we are encouraging glasses wearers to drop off their old spectacles for charity.
From Thursday 8th October to Saturday 10th October we will welcome anyone with old or broken glasses and will send them to Vision Aid Overseas. The charity reuses and recycles glasses, transforming access to eye care in developing countries
To encourage people to do their bit, the practice will have a goody bag for every person who donates a pair of old glasses.
